### 1. Domestic Dispatch

All orders are refined and dispatched directly from our fulfillment facilities located within the United States. As a U.S. domestic customer you will not face cross-border customs fees, import duties, or international transit delays.

### 2. Processing and Transit Times

Standard Processing:

Because our caps undergo individual final refinement and customization in the US, please allow 3-4 business days for production and processing before dispatch.

Standard Shipping:

Standard domestic transit takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location.

### 3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased pass to you, the consumer, the moment the package is handed over to our shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery verification by the carrier.

### 4. Sales Tax and Regional Disclosures

State Sales Tax:

megacaps.ch cooperates with fulfillment partners in both California and Pennsylvania. These partners collect and remit state and local sales tax on all orders shipped to delivery addresses within California and Pennsylvania. Applicable taxes will be calculated dynamically and displayed at your checkout preview.

Shipping Origin:

Depending on stock availability and your physical proximity, your custom-refined caps will be dispatched from either our West Coast facility (California) or our East Coast facility (Pennsylvania) to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.
