Refund policy
Your Megacap will only be produced once you order it. This means:
1. The delivery time is slightly longer than you might be used to from a mass producer. You will usually receive your cap within two weeks.
2. No two Megacaps are identical. Some production steps are done by hand. Variations are possible.
3. Refunds are only possible in cases of clearly defective production.
To process your complaint, you must return the product in question within the return period (14 days).
Even though our production partners ship your Megacap directly to you, they are NOT your contact for complaints. Please contact us first and exclusively at the email address below. Please do not initiate a return to us without contacting us beforehand.

To avoid frustration, we place great emphasis on accurately representing the shape, material, and workmanship of our products in our online shop. Please note: Colors, in particular, can appear differently on various media and in real life.
At Megacaps, "one size" means that the snapback closure allows for a good fit for head circumferences from 54 to 61 cm. To be sure, please check your head circumference before ordering.
Due to current import and customs regulations, end consumers may unexpectedly be asked to pay import taxes/duties by the delivery service. These amounts range from 15 to 25% of the goods' value, depending on the destination.
To offer our customers a carefree shopping experience, megacaps will cover these costs in full upon submission of the corresponding payment receipt and the megacaps order number.
